The Annual General Meeting of Rezidor Hotel Group AB was held on April 24, 2013 in Stockholm. During the meeting, the following decisions were taken:Dividend: It was decided that no dividend will be paid for the year 2012.
Board of Directors: The following members were re-elected: Staffan Bohman, Göte Dahlin, Anders Moberg, Wendy Nelson and Trudy Rautio. Trudy Rautio was elected as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Douglas M. Anderson was elected as new Board member.
