The Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal, has requested proposals under the ‘two-envelope’ system for shortilisting of media consultants to execute the ‘Beautiful Bengal’ campaign in international and domestic markets for a span of three years. (EMD requirement: Rs 3Lakh).Developing a detailed media strategy and recommending an optimal mix of media that includes print, television, radio, outdoor, online etc. will be the prime functions of the media consultant who will also advise the Department of Tourism on various aspects relating to media planning.
